Role play as a tool to learn new skills

Role play is a simple but also powerful way to learn, and explore how it feels to be in someone else’s shoes, in a safe and supportive environment. A great opportunity for trainees and students to look at training materials, information and skills in a new light, adding a more human element to teaching and learning. An effective tool to explore difficult subjects and a must in mental health care training settings. Well done and thank you to all KOSHISH’s healthcare staff for embracing role play as part of their learning process.
